Gigi was not only exceptionally easy to work with, thorough and knowledgeable but she is a consummate problem solver. With her creative thinking and calm helpful approach she sold two condos of mine in one month and coordinated a tenant move that was a win win for me as a landlord and for the tenant. She did all of this during a pandemic and without ever meeting Gigi in person. I couldn't recommend Gigi more and look forward to meeting her and working with her again in the future.
