ABOUT ME
I am the Principal Broker at Nhabit Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage that I co-founded in 2019. My partners, Sal Rihani and Lee Moretz, founded this firm on the principle that in our ever changing real estate market, there wasn't a professional environment for agents practicing in the DMV to conduct their business 100% fairly.
Born and raised in Rockville, MD, I have witnessed the drastic transformation of the DC Metro and surrounding areas over the past 20 years. Having now lived in MD, DC, NOVA, and Central Virginia, my knowledge of the ever changing real estate market has brought my clients success. My experience in real estate sales (Realtor Magazine's 2018 30 Under 30) and as a real estate developer have helped guide buyers, sellers, and other real estate agents through countless transactions.
I currently reside in Dupont Circle, DC as well as Locust Grove, VA with my husband and son, the loves of my life. In the winters you will find us on the slopes at Massanutten Resort, and in the summers, grilling out on our back deck! I have a large appetite for good food and love to cook for my friends and family.
